Update on Cancellation Policy
Over the past few years, we have always tried our best to accommodate requests to change or cancel appointments, as we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen in life and that some flexibility is necessary.
However, due to the increasing demand for appointments, we need to ensure that cancelled slots can be offered to other patients who are waiting for an appointment.
Therefore, we are updating our cancellation policy:
**From 14th September 2026, any changes or cancellations must be made by 1:00 pm on the day before your appointment, to avoid a £15 cancellation charge.**
If an appointment is cancelled or changed after the cut-off time, the **£15 cancellation charge will apply**.
In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation charge may be waived if appropriate supporting evidence is provided.
We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage appointments fairly and gives other patients the opportunity to take up cancelled slots.

Once you have made the reservation on the calendar,
You will receive an Email from the System
and a Calendar event in your google account.
Booking timeslot is reserved. Please enter the Google Meet link on the timeslot reserved for the consultation.
If the chosen timeslot is found NOT available by the Practitioner, we would send an email for booking amendment. Alternative timeslot shall be discussed through Email.
