Once you have made the reservation on the calendar,
You will receive an Email from the System
and a Calendar event in your google account.
Booking timeslot is reserved.
If the chosen timeslot is found NOT available by the Practitioner, we would send an email for booking amendment. Alternative timeslot shall be discussed through Email.
Cancellation Policy
any changes or cancellations must be made by 1:00 pm on the day before your appointment, to avoid a £15 cancellation charge.**
If an appointment is cancelled or changed after the cut-off time, the **£15 cancellation charge will apply**.
In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation charge may be waived if appropriate supporting evidence is provided.
